Do you know your professional strengths and weaknesses? Do you know where you are professionally at your best? Do you know your professional unique selling point (usp) in your company? Which personal values are important for you?

The values which you have gained within your family you will carry into the world as long as you live. This is your genetical disposition. Therefore, we will work out your personal values at the beginning of the profiling and basing it upon a test which we have developed ourself and continuously improve. It is built up on the Schein anchors. Only if you include your personal values in career planning you will find satisfaction in your job.

The combination of your personal values and the genetical disposition decide which strengths and weaknesses you have developed in your life. Schein has defined these as career anchors and parts professional careers this way. It is important that realise that not everyone is suitable as a manager. However everyone can find his/her personal and professional luck with their definition of career suitable to their character.

The aim of the profiling which you will do with us are concrete and understandable results. You will receive a report in which your strengths have been worked out where the meaning is decribed and where we will give you hints which branches are suitable for you. There we will also work out how you can use your advantages as chances in order to push your career and how your weaknesses are presently influencing your career.
