In Human-Resource Management the targets on which is to be worked are being defined at the beginning of the coaching. Here it is always important to have your personal goal before your eyes. A vision must be included, because without visions, we have no target, which we can work on. If you should not have worked out a vision, we will be glad to assist you finding one.

Bereits in den 80iger Jahren begann eine stille, aber von aufmerksamen Beobachtern wahrgenommene Veränderung in den Unternehmen. Viele Firmen haben Mitarbeiter entlassen und später neue, besser geschulte Mitarbeiter eingestellt. Häufig werden die neuen Mitarbeiter mit Zeitverträgen eingestellt, so dass das Unternehmen sehr flexibel auf Produktionsspitzen reagieren kann. Die Arbeitswelt hat sich verändert. Viele Mitarbeiter werden entlassen und wieder eingestellt, je nachdem, ob sie gerade im Unternehmen gebraucht werden oder nicht. In den 80iger Jahren wunderten sich aufmerksame Zeitungsleser bzw. Fernsehzuschauer über die Fusionen die in Amerika stattfanden. Diese gingen meist einher mit Arbeitsverträgen auf Zeit. Heute ist diese Veränderung auch hier in vollem Gange.
